Meet the Doctor
Dr. Kovacs is a Manasquan native and second-generation chiropractor, whose father, Dr. Louis A. Kovacs, was a chiropractic physician who began practicing in the Lacey/Forked River area in 1975. Unfortunately, his father was forced to give up his practice due to terminal illness in 1987. By pursuing chiropractic, Jordan is able to continue the work and passion of his father.
Dr. Kovacs was born in Lennox Hill Hospital in New York City, but quickly moved to the Manasquan/South Wall area. For high school, he attended Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, NJ. He then went on to earn his Bachelors from the University of Vermont, located in scenic Burlington. Choosing amongst a number of possible chiropractic colleges, Dr. Kovacs attended Life University of Marietta GA., graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is currently a member of both the American Chiropractic Association and the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, as well as Vice-President and co-founder of the Eatontown chapter of LeTip International.
Dr. Kovacs is an accomplished musician, playing bass, guitar, drums, and piano. He can be found on the tennis or racquetball courts in his free time, and has been known to hit a golf ball or two.
Dr. Kovacs and his wife Teresa were married in 2005, and are proud parents to their son Louis born in 2006, and Ruthanne born in 2008.
